To submit a non-emergency maintenance request, please fill out a maintenance request form or email info@LHErentals.com, with subject line "Maintenance - Your Name". Please include in the email message your name, property address, a good phone number to reach you, and the work needed to be done.



For maintenance emergencies, please call (757) 800-9557.
