RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid state issued ID is required (Physical card, no copies allowed)
• Government issued Social Security (Physical card, no copies allowed)
• Verifiable proof of income
  • (4) Four recent pay stubs, and/or
  • Proof of Child Support, and/or
  • Any government assistance such as SSI Disability, TANF, or housing vouchers
• Total monthly income from all sources must be at minimum (3) three times the amount of the rent. (ex: if rent is $600.00, your income must be $1,800.00 or more)
• Security deposit for all rental properties is (2) two times the amount of rent. (ex: if rent is $600.00, the deposit is $1,200.00) 
• Proof of an active renters insurance policy is required at time of signing.

Non-Refundable Application fee (per applicant) - a $40.00 fee per applicant, 18 years or older, must be paid at application process to be considered. Please pay online or drop a certified cashier's check or money order with a completed application (if not emailed) to the office. Please call the office before stopping by. 

Non-Refundable Background Check fee (per applicant) - $40.00 fee per applicant, all adults (18 years and older) in the household must pass a background check.
