RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

All applicants must have:

  • Valid state-issued ID is required (Physical card, no copies allowed)
  • Government-issued Social Security (Physical card, no copies allowed)
  • Verifiable proof(s) of income
    • (4) Four recent pay stubs, and/or
    • Proof of Child Support, and/or
    • Any government assistance such as SSI Disability, TANF, or Sec. 8 housing vouchers
  • Total monthly income from all sources must be at minimum (3) three times the amount of the rent. (ex: if rent is $600.00, your income must be $1,800.00 or more)
  • Security deposit for all rental properties is (2) two times the amount of rent. (ex: if rent is $600.00, the deposit is $1,200.00). Deposit must be paid prior to move-in.
  • Proof of an active renter's insurance policy is required at time of signing.
  • We do NOT accept two-party leases. With multiple applicants, the individual that has proof of required 3x rent and 2x security deposit is the main lease signee. 
  • At least 6 consecutive months of working for the same employer, prior to applying for the rental property. If less than, provide documentation of new employment.
  • No recent evictions or rental judgements.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED.

Application & Fees

APPLY ONLINE.  Or submit a completed application and all required supporting documents to info@LHErentals.com. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 


**Please allow 5-7 business days for application to process.**


Non-Refundable Application fee (per applicant) - a $50.00 fee per applicant, 18 years or older, must be paid at application process to be considered. Please pay online or drop a certified cashier's check or money order with a completed application (if not emailed) to the office. Please call the office before stopping by.
