To apply for a rental property, you will need to fill out an application form and provide proof of income, employment, and rental history. A non-refundable $40.00 fee for the application and $40.00 fee for the background check must be paid during the application process. We will then review your application and notify you of the status.

Yes. All tenants are required to have proof of renters insurance coverage before moving in. Renters insurance can protect you from losses due to theft, fire, or other unforeseen circumstances. Premiums are paid directly to your insurance provider.
