Maintenance Technician Needed – Hiring Now!

What You’ll Be Doing:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for building, repairing woodwork and plumbing work to
meet Leavy Harold Enterprises’ residential property needs.
• Interface with management to ensure all required materials, equipment and inspections support the
project schedule.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to receive information about project plans, forecasts,
and labor required, equipment, materials, tools, and general working environment of projects.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as drywalls, trim, doorframes, ceilings fan, smoke detectors, etc.
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, concrete, metal and other materials.
- Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated.
- Assist with punchlists and the follow-up as necessary to ensure timely completion of punchlist work.
- Repair and replace faucets, drains, sinks, toilets, leak detections, clogged drains, etc.
- Apply adhesives, sealants, and caulks.
- Follow and observe all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE as required (ie: eye protection,
gloves, masks, etc.)
- Understands and abides by OSHA guidelines.
What You Need to Have:
- Possess a high school degree or equivalent; combination of carpentry apprenticeship and pluming certifications, and work experience of 5+ years.
- Must provide own hand tools.
- Must have experience reading blueprints.
- Have good time management skills and the ability to work well independently.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record and have reliable
transportation.
Compensation: Starting rate at $15.00/per hour depending on experience
